The following documentation must be attached in order to process this application:

• Original and a photocopy of a valid passport.
• Original and a photocopy of the receipt proving application for the alien identity card or student's card.
• Support documentation proving that the trip is indeed necessary and derives from exceptional circumstances.

The following is necessary for permit renewal:

• Original and photocopy of the previous permit.
• Original and photocopy of the receipt proving that renewal application was submitted.
