Realidad sociolaboral de los inmigrantes

This section on alien affairs contains all the information on the Immigration Act (Organic Law 4/2000 of 11 January) regarding the rights and freedoms of foreign nationals in Spain and their social integration.

We felt it necessary to divide the information concerning this Law into three blocks:

• Documents explaining all of the articles of the said Organic Law to make it comprehensible for anyone with web access.
• Legislation – here you can download the Immigration Act and the basic regulatory norms of each one of its articles.
• Forms – here you can find all of the forms needed to apply for a Card.

In short, the purpose of this section is to provide the information needed to raise the awareness of foreign nationals in Spain as to their rights and duties.

  This application is used to obtain the document allowing exiled and stateless persons to leave Spain without a passport and also to process the certificate of inscription, an identification document for aliens featuring all personal data.
